Subsidized housing integrated in the community is available for individuals who have been referred by the Homeless Trust continuum of care. Candidates access this program through their Douglas Gardens homeless services case manager. Rental support is provided to homeless individuals with a psychiatric disability. Individuals are required to pay no more than 30% of their monthly income on rent. The Center provides services equal to the value of the rental subsidy. The units are located throughout Miami-Dade County.
