Individuals who are seeking to qualify for discounted fees under the sliding fee scale must bring proof of income or proof of public assistance. A request for a fee waiver/reduction can be made available if special life circumstances make it difficult for you to afford the reduced fee cost. You will be informed about the cost of treatment prior to the initial assessment. In general, payment for services is expected at the time of your appointment.
